Our preferred choice of shipping is via United States Postal Service. We also offer to ship products via United Parcel Service. You can select either during your checkout.

In an effort to help the environment, we re-use as much of our packaging and shipping materials. From boxes to peanuts to bubble wrap we aim to re use everything that comes thru our doors.
Returns and Exchanges
ChiliHeadz is committed to your 100% satisfaction, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will exchange it or refund your money.
Please inspect your order immediately and contact us at email@example.com. If by chance a package is delivered damaged or the product is defective, we will work quickly to resolve any issues. Carefully repackage the products in the original box, include a copy of your invoice and follow these simple steps:
1. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of receipt of goods to let us know you will be making a return. In your email, please include your name, shipping address and invoice number. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a return shipping address as some items may be returned directly to the manufacturer.
2. Please send your return package via UPS or US Parcel post insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Unopened items must be received in a saleable condition. Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. We cannot refund your money on items damaged due to improper packaging.
3. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). If you paid by credit card, a credit for that amount will be posted back to your account. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a check. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will refund you the shipping cost to send the item back to us. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for ChiliHeadz to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
